When logging into Cutag as a student, if you receive a notice that your account is disabled or blocked, you will need to contact us in order reactivate or unblock your account.
If your account has been disabled (archived), you will see a message similar to this when you log into your account:
If this is the case, you will be able to submit a request to reactivate the account.
Some reasons why your account may be blocked:
- Misuse of Cutag
- Student misconduct (not showing up for an interview, for example)
