If you have graduated and are now an alumni, or simply want to change your email, this can be done as long as the email address is not currently in use as a Cutag account. 


If you have already created a new account on Cutag with the email address you wish to have changed into, you will need to email Cutag Support to delete and then follow the instructions from step 3. This will free up the email for use. 


If you only have one account with Cutag, please follow the steps below: 

To update your email address:

  1. Go profile edit page
  2. Click "Change Email", you will be asked to provide email address you wish to change to.
  3. You will then receive an email to your original email address used with Cutag, after that you will receive another one to your new email address that will be used with Cutag. (Note: There may be a slight delay receiving the emails so please be patient).
  4. It is now up to you to verify this email change and determine if you want to update your account.(*) If you choose to do so you can click Change Email and copy the link included in the confirmation. Make sure you remain logged into Cutag under your old email address in order to make this update.
If you receive an error that is not listed here, please reach out to Cutag Support and include a screenshot, error message and description of what is occurring.
